"WOFI" means the World of Ideas service at https://wofi.ai. "Idea" and "Implementation" mean the graph objects identified as such by WOFI. An Implementation is a concrete realization of exactly one Idea. "Provenance Manifest" means the wofi.json file distributed with the Software. "Public Implementation" means a modified version of the Software that You distribute to another person, or a publicly available product or service that materially incorporates the Software. Private evaluation, study, and internal use are not Public Implementations. 2. License Grant Subject to this license, the copyright holder grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, study, modify, distribute, make available, and operate the Software, including as part of a commercial product or service. You are not required to disclose Your source code or modifications. 3. Provenance The applicable Idea and the originating Implementation are identified in the Provenance Manifest. You must preserve this license, applicable copyright notices, and the Provenance Manifest in copies or substantial portions of the Software that You distribute. You may not alter the Provenance Manifest in a way that falsely identifies the Idea, originating Implementation, authorship, or publication state of the Software. When WOFI assigns a new Implementation identifier to Your Public Implementation, You may replace the previous Provenance Manifest with the new manifest generated by WOFI. The new manifest must retain the previous Implementation identifier as its parent when the Public Implementation is a fork or continuation. 4. Public Implementation Registration If You create a Public Implementation, You must register it on WOFI as an Implementation of the Idea identified in the Provenance Manifest. Registration must occur before or within 30 days after the Public Implementation first becomes publicly available. If WOFI is unavailable during that period, You must preserve the required provenance locally and register the Public Implementation within 30 days after WOFI again makes registration available. Registration does not require disclosure of source code, credentials, private personal information, security-sensitive material, or unrelated proprietary materials. 5. No Payment Obligation This version requires no royalty, revenue share, payment, token transfer, or other financial consideration. A value schedule or other experimental record displayed by WOFI does not modify this license unless a later license version expressly incorporates it and You receive the Software under that later version. 6. Scope of Rights This license grants rights only in the Software and accompanying copyrighted materials that the copyright holder has authority to license. It grants no ownership or exclusive rights in an underlying Idea, no trademark rights, and no patent license. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. 7. Compliance and Termination Your rights under this license terminate if You materially violate its terms. They are reinstated if You cure the violation within 30 days after receiving notice of it. The copyright holder may grant additional or different permissions separately. 8. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. License Versions This version governs only Software distributed under WOFI Software License Version 1.0. A later version does not change the terms already granted for that Software unless You expressly accept the later version.
